All classes and free flow sessions are available to book online up to 2 weeks in advance. We recommend pre-registration to ensure you’ve held your spot in your favorite class or time slot. Pre-registration is available through our website and our mobile app.
To ensure smooth sailing, we recommend arrival and check-in with one of our stewards at least 10-15 minutes prior to the start of your class or session. First timers are encouraged to come 15 minutes early. This will leave you enough time to change, put away your phone and take a deep relaxing breath before your journey.
We embark on our guided journeys together, and all of our scheduled classes start on time. Late entry is not permitted once the sauna doors close. To prevent any turbulence please arrive 10-15 minutes before the scheduled start time. Late arrival may result in the loss of your reservation to another waitlisted Journeyer.
If a class or event is full, we encourage you to add yourself to the waitlist. To be added to the waitlist, you must have an available credit that will be used at the time of sign up (you will not be able to use the same credit to book another class).
If you are added from the waitlist to the class, you will receive an automated email or text message at that time. Once you are added to the class you become responsible for attending or canceling. If you are not added from the waitlist to the class, your credit will not be used and remain available for future bookings on your account.

To avoid losing your credit, reserved classes, free flow and socials can be changed or cancelled up to 12 hours prior to the start of the class. If cancelled within the late cancellation window you will lose the credit from your package.
If you are on the intro two week membership, a fee of $45 will be charged in the event of a late cancellation. This policy is in place to ensure that all journeyer’s get a chance to state-shift and booking privileges are not misused.
We do not accept email cancellations or telepathic cancellations. Please cancel your reservation through your account on our website or mobile app.
If you you do not show up for your reservation, your credit will be forfeited and journey lost. If you are on the intro 2-week membership, a fee of $45 will be charged in the event of a no show.
Please note that Othership is an alcohol-free facility and no drinks are permitted on-site. We encourage you to arrive sober and clear to allow for the power of hot + cold to shift your state in a natural-high kind of way. Although we encourage building community by making connections with self and other this is not the space for hook-up culture or advancements. Please respect fellow journeyers by keeping things friendly.
Disconnect to reconnect. No phones beyond the entrance and common area, and thus, no picture taking unless otherwise specified. Please keep your phones on silent in your locker.
Packages/Memberships: no refunds on any class packages including monthly memberships and Gift Cards.
Journeyers will receive 2 towels per visit.
Bathing suits are required for all journeyers. Please use the gender-neutral changing stalls provided for de-robing.
To maintain the most hygienic experience for our Journeyers, Othership is a barefoot space beyond the changerooms. If you’d like to cover your feet, we have ice bath shoes at reception for purchase.
As we cultivate an experience of self with other it’s important to note that everything happens in relationship. We encourage intentional connection + sharing. Talking is allowed and encouraged - at respectable volumes (save for our Quiet Free Flow sessions). Please be aware of the space you give, and take, and make. We are building a collaborative environment for self-discovery instead of a competitive one and we’d like all of our journeyers to get on board - in more ways than one.
