Gaining control over your breath and learning how to tap into your physiology is the single highest ROI activity you can do for your health and overall well-being. And Othership makes that SO SIMPLE! I would highly recommend this to anyone trying to get into breathwork/minfulness. For my personal experience, I found that more popular apps like Headspace and Calm being not the best and only really helpful in putting me to sleep. After giving this app a shot, there was seriously such a different effect I can't even really put into words. Even if your experience with breathowrk hasn't been the best, I highly highly recommend trying this out.
